1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using e-anima.eu and purchasing licenses for our veterinary management software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Registration
To purchase our plans (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise), users must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate data (Name, Email, Address, Phone) and maintaining password confidentiality.
3. Licensing and Activation Keys
- Delivery: Upon payment confirmation, the activation key will be generated in the user's account.
- Limits: The number of keys/activations is strictly determined by the purchased plan.
- Restrictions: Redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the e-Anima software is prohibited.
4. Support Services
- Standard Support: Available via email and support tickets. Response time: 1-3 business days.
- Priority Support: Available for eligible plans. Response time: maximum 6 hours during business hours.
5. Payments and Security
Payments are processed through secure partners. e-Anima does not store credit/debit card data on its own servers.
